August/September 2004- WE packed up and moved to N.Carolina. We
had gone through so much after I was injured 3 yrs ago and left with a debilitating condition called RSD that I now struggle
with. We also lost our baby Daughter Shallyn Elizabeth in Feb of 2004. WE were living a horrible part of town
In CT and couldn't go on like that anymore. WE decided that we needed to do something to help bring a better future
for us. We were lucky enough to meet our wonderful neighbors Karen and kevin who helped us move into this home on their land,
They helped us with furniture, are good friends of ours now, A true blessing to us and even helped build a fence for
our dogs!!
November/December 2004- Dennis got a call from UPS
in Greensboro and was told he could start work for the seasonal time. At the end of December after working very hard...he
was called back and is now working for them permenantly!! Within a few months he is eligible for free medical benefits which
will help us greatly! I can get the necessary medical treatments for my condition! YAYYYY
We had a wonderful holiday season all around with my dad here, visiting with our neighbors, getting packages in the
mail and just having our first beautiful x-mas together!! I look forward to many more and this has been SUCH an incredible
beginning!! Happy New year 2005!!
January 2005- I am really not used to all of the good luck
we've been having since we moved and i am truely blessed!! This has been the best few months I can ever remember and
can you believe it!! I have even better news to share! Today I met with a beautiful nice young couple who
were looking to find a home for their older car in need of repairs....It was delivered today. On top of the car they also
gave me some gift cards so that we can buy parts to fix up. My husband Dennis is very good with cars and is looking forward
to getting my new cavelier convertible on the road. These people have been a blessing and I am so happy for all the
good will and I have a better outlook for future. i will post pictures soon!!
